Is the free website really free forever?
Yes. The website is how practices find us; it doesn't make sense to charge for it. You only pay when you use the practice-management layer.
Do you take a cut of online payments?
No. Patients pay into your own Razorpay account. We never hold funds. Razorpay's standard fees apply.
Are WhatsApp messages extra?
No — bundled into the Practice plan. Recalls are capped per plan so the list stays actionable.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes, on the Practice plan. Point a CNAME at our stable endpoint and we handle TLS.
What if I want to leave?
Export your patients, appointments and invoices any time. Your data is yours.
